Lucky Dice 1
According to a report by Gamepur, the first Lucky Dice is located on the far left side, particularly in the area where you stumble upon Llance and King Archer.

The next Lucky Dice is easier to find. Just continue traversing the main road until you end up at the location of the well. After seeing your player statue, turn left and go to the road until you arrive with the Lucky Dice behind the tree.
Lucky Dice 3
Go to the plaza and use the Skeleton Key Shift Code towards your location. Face the Hawker's Walk and turn left to the market stalls. The noticeable sign here is a hammerhead shark on a building.
Go to the building and get the third Lucky Dice on the top.
Lucky Dice 4
The fourth location will lead you to the Chestnut Gate, which faces Izzy's Pub. From there, travel to the right part of the latter until you see a small hanging rowboat. You should see the fourth one behind the wooden crates near it.
Lucky Dice 5
From Izzy's Pub, go back to it and look for the Hay Targets. When you see three round hale targets and two big ones, shoot the former to access the gate ahead. You'll find the fifth Dice hidden here.
Lucky Dice 6
According to Gamerant, the sixth Lucky Dice is inside Izzy's Pub. Just enter it, and you will see it under the staircase.
Lucky Dice 7
After passing the pub's terrace, go to the Rune Switch Event. Cross to the other side and use the Purple Jump Platform. Go to the roof and use the wooden platform to get the Lucky Dice.
Lucky Dice 8
From the platform, cross a rope bridge leading to a house with a huge pipe. Leap in front of the pipe and cross the blue roof to get the 8th one.
Lucky Dice 9
Go to the huge anchor and jump to another platform full of stairs. Continue your journey until you see another set of stairs.
