'Lost Ark' Power Pass Guide: How to Get, Use this In-game Item

Lost Ark, Smilegate, and Amazon Game Studios' isometric action fantasy multiplayer online role-playing game, which was first released in South Korea in 2019, is set to open its doors to the Western audience this February 11.

But before its formal release on PCs, players will experience the game first in a 3-day Early Access after buying its Founder's Edition on Steam.

Those who purchased the Founder's Edition, according to Republic World, will receive items including amounts of Royal Crystals, supply crates, exclusive skins, and mounts.

In the early access, they will be the first players that will travel across the fantasy world of Arkesia and create a character after selecting one of the five available classes - Warrior, Martial Artist Gunner, Mage, and Assassin.

Each of the classes had subclasses that they needed to unlock as they progressed within the game.

To increase their experience while playing Lost Ark, players will receive a special item called the "Power Pass" to use while leveling up their characters in the game. But to own this item, they need to fulfill several tasks.

How to Get a Power Pass

To get the Power Pass, according to Sportskeeda, players need to clear "Ealyn's Gift," a Level 1 Quest. According to LostArkCodex.com, the quest requires players to move towards Vern Castle, the capital city of Vern.

Before taking the quest, they need to clear their previous quest, "She Waits, He Leaves," where they need to talk to Guildmaster Gideon, Thar, and Avele, the non-playable characters (NPCs) in Rania Village.

Once they cleared the quest and entered Vern Castle, they will need to move to the front of the Queen's audience room to report to Queen Ealyn.

After accomplishing "Ealyn's Gift," according to HITC, players will receive the Power Pass via their in-game mail.

Players can get at least two Power Passes for their characters using this method. After they receive their second Power Pass, they will not earn the third one this way.

How to Use the Power Pass

Once they receive their Power Pass, according to Dot Esports, they will head back to the game's main screen menu. Then on its "Character Select" page, they need to choose another character or create a new one that they want to use the item on.

Then, they need to press the yellow icon located at the bottom of the screen to activate the boost.

After using the Power Pass, according to a post on Lost Ark's website, the Adventurers Path will be started immediately.

This in-game feature will guide them on the essentials and progression that are specific to their character's class as they level up from Level 10 to Level 50.

If they complete the questline under Adventurers Path, their character will receive Vern-based gear such as weapons and armor sets.
