New Maps Unveiled: Cirrus Plaza, Eventide Labs, and Dissonance

Players got a sneak peek of these new battlegrounds during the Destiny 2: Into the Light livestream #3, where developers showcased walkthroughs and insights into the map creation process. For those eager to explore, the livestream recording is available for viewing.

To ensure players are prepared for the new challenges, the developers have provided detailed map overviews, including spawn points and area names, facilitating better teamwork and communication during matches. Eventide Labs, for instance, features multiple levels, offering strategic advantages for players wielding sniper rifles.

New Territory Playlist and Exclusive Rewards

The three new maps will feature in a dedicated playlist called "New Territory," allowing players to focus solely on the fresh battlegrounds without rotating through older maps. Available until the end of the season, players who engage in battles on these maps will receive the exclusive Slaycation Emblem as a token of their conquest.

PvE Content: Raid Gauntlet and Pantheon Bosses

In addition to PvP updates, Destiny 2 introduces a new PvE raid gauntlet, with four initial bosses: Golgoroth, Caretaker, Atraks-1 Fallen Exo, and Zo'Aurc Explicator of Planets. Each boss presents unique challenges and mechanics, promising an exhilarating experience for players seeking adventure.

Participants who conquer the raid gauntlet and defeat the Pantheon bosses can anticipate substantial rewards, including the prestigious Godslayer Title Pin and the Pantheon Raid Ring. Available for purchase upon completing all encounters from any Pantheon tier, the Raid Ring commemorates players' triumphs in the gauntlet.

Beyond the PvP and PvE updates, Destiny 2 enthusiasts can anticipate further content releases, including Destiny 2: The Final Shape, slated for June.
