Riot Games is expected to release the patch notes for League of Legends' Patch 12.4 Update that will bring in the new Champion to the game, Renata Glasc, the Chem Baroness, along with the new Firelight and Shockblade Champion Skins.
The patch update will also make balance changes to several Champions in the multiplayer online battle arena's roster.
Champion Nerfs, Buffs
There are 18 Champions that will receive balance changes, but the recently-released Zeri will receive a massive rework.

12.4 with content is here, some spicy changes for sure.
To note, these are some quicker changes to pull down the support item top meta. I don't expect these to be the last of the changes in the space, but any larger ones need more time to validate. pic.twitter.com/mkuhtHtHVl
According to Dot Esports, the damage dealt from the Uncharged passive of her Burst Fire Q Ability will be decreased from 15-40 (+4% of her AP) to 10-25 (+3% of her AP) while its low health multiplier will be increased from four times to six times.

The duration of its right-click slow will be decreased from 1.5 seconds to 1 second. Its amount will be increased from 20-40% to 14-50%.
Its base damage will be decreased from 10-30 to 9-25, but it can now deal critical damage, and its excess attack speed to AD conversion percentage will be increased from 50% to 60%.
The cooldown of her Ultrashock Laser W Ability will be changed from 10 seconds throughout all her levels to 13/12/11/10/9 seconds.
The cooldown of her Spark Surge E Ability will be lengthened from 23/21.5/20/18.5/17 seconds to 23/22/21/20/19 seconds while its cooldown reduction after her attacks or abilities hit a Champion will be decreased from 1.5 seconds to 1 second.
Finally, the attack speed bonus from her Lightning Crash Ultimate Ability will be changed from 30%/35%/40% to 30% throughout all her levels.
According to Dexerto, the changes Riot Games made to Zeri is an attempt to shift her away from less traditional AP builds to ones that focused on making her a crit-based marksman.
The Patch 12.4 Update also nerfed other Champions, including several decreases for Blitzcrank's health regeneration per five seconds, Dr. Mundo's AD gained per level, and cooldown for his Maximum Dosage Ultimate Ability, and Qiyana's bonus AD ratio from her Royal Privilege Passive.
It will also decrease Nunu and Willump's heal from Champions after casting their Consume Q Ability and Veigar's Armor and cooldown for his Event Horizon E Ability.
On the other hand, according to CengNews.com, top laners Aatrox, Sett, and Rumble will receive buffs from Patch 12.4 Update.
The Sweet Spot damage amp from Aatrox's The Darkin Blade Q Ability will be increased from 50% to 60%, while Sett's health per level will be increased from 93 to 100. Rumble's armor will be decreased from 31 to 26.
Other Champions that the patch update will buff also include Illaoi, Amumu, Neeko, Xayah, Kalista, Lucian, and Ashe, while the nerf for Nami's Tidecaller Blessing E Ability in Patch 12.3 Update will be reverted.
Finally, the Patch 12.4 Update adjusted the penalty for minion farming, making it 4 minions per minute into 2 minions per minute until 5 meters and 4 more per minute for the rest of the game.
In a Twitter post, Phlox, one of the game designers for League of Legends, wrote that the penalty would be more severe during the early game.
Other adjustments include reducing the gold leads from Objective Bounties to half when they have two or more support items on a team and decreasing the Objective Bounty Linger from 15 seconds to 5 seconds.
According to Phlox, these changes are meant to pull down the top meta for the game's Support items. He also added that larger changes would need validation before rolling out to the game.
The Patch 12.4 Update is expected to be rolled out on League of Legends this coming Feb. 16.
